We cut with passion - Video report

Video with subtitles:

Both companies are a very good fit in terms of their strategic and cultural alignment. Their product portfolios and geographical presence complement each other perfectly, creating a strong platform for further growth. Everything from a single source - from slaughtering and cutting to slicing and packaging machines.

Slicing expertise in the customer center in Oberlahr

In the ultra-modern customer center, you can see for yourself live - and now also digitally - the performance of the machines. In our permanent in-house exhibition, you can test our cutting machines - with your own products if you wish. Intensive sales and service training courses are also held here.

Digitalization and automation

A common passion food processing distinguishes both companies. For more than 10 years, TREIF has been offering automated inserting lines by means of robots as well as line solutions that are interlinked. Even machines from the mid-range segment have communication interfaces, so they can be integrated into higher-level control systems.

Sustainability

Products can be easily shaped and fed into the cutting process. Thanks to 4D camera technology, they are detected, weighed and cut in a weight-optimized manner. This increases product yield and reduces losses to a minimum. All machines are based on a multifunctional design that allows products to be changed quickly. This multifunctionality conserves resources.

Knife and machine from a single source

Marel TREIF develops and produces as a unit - this is the only way for the user to achieve the optimum when cutting. This gives a high degree of process reliability. The use of high-quality knife steel guarantees long service lives and a long service life of the knife. It is not for nothing that the knife is considered the "heart" of the machine.
