    Tailoring training for participants - seminars in German and in English

    Practical application is at the forefront of training courses offered by TREIF to customers and sales partners. Training is tailored entirely to the requirements of the customer.

    “Sometimes the focus is more on technology and service, other times it‘s on cutting applications,” explains Uwe Melles. He is the training expert at TREIF and deals exclusively with this subject. He trains both customers and TREIF employees. “It‘s important to me that participants leave the course feeling positive. We offer intensive training but don‘t want to overburden anybody unnecessarily with information. We always tailor the programme to the requirements of the participants”, explains TREIF trainer Uwe Melles. If more specific questions arise he can always count on the support of his colleagues in the development department or in application engineering.

    All participants receive extensive training documents. Seminars are held in German and in English for participants from abroad. The training programme covers the full TREIF product range: from industrial dicer to bread slicing machine.

    In spite of this enormous scope, Uwe Melles knows the machines inside out. He learnt his “skill” from scratch. Uwe Melles completed his training at TREIF and has been employed here for more than 20 years now. The qualified electrical engineer worked in different departments and was in customer services for a long time. His work involved numerous deployments abroad across the world. And the most important thing: he puts his heart and soul into what he does. “I really enjoy getting positive feedback from our customers,” says the trainer.
